TECHNOLOGY

IEPCO SHOT PEENING

Peening processing requires advanced technical expertise. We deliver with skilled craftsmanship.

The peening machine developed by IEPCO of Switzerland originated from research aimed at preventing turbine blade fractures in aircraft jet engines.

IEPCO Surface Treatment is a low-pressure microblasting process combining sandblasting and shot peening technologies. Without any heating or solvents, it simply sprays a specially developed powder agent for surface modification. This removes work-hardened layers and seals surface defects, effectively enhancing the performance and extending the service life of metal components.

We consider the valuable molds entrusted to us by our customers as shared assets, placing emphasis on enhancing mold productivity and extending their lifespan. We introduce the latest technology and equipment to provide higher quality products.

We also spare no effort in breathing new life into old molds. We meticulously maintain molds that have suffered wear, cracks, or oxidation due to aging.
